How It Works:

Proof of Competitor's Offer: If you find a lower advertised price for the same event equipment with a competitor, simply provide us with proof of the offer at the time of booking or within 7 days after booking. This can be in the form of an advertisement, website link, or any valid documentation.
2. Verification Process: We will carefully review the provided proof to ensure it matches the same product, quantity, specifications, delivery radius and any applicable terms and conditions.
3. In-Stock and Availability: The competitor's product must be in stock, available for delivery at your event's address and for hire on your event date(s), at their listed price.
4. Matching the Price: Once the proof is verified and the conditions are met, we will either match the competitor's price or, if requested within 7 days after booking, offer you a refund for the price difference.

Exclusions:

• Offers with cash back, coupon offers, bonus, bulk purchase, or quantity limits.
• Pricing that includes delivery or set-up.
• Offers exclusive to specific groups, events, or memberships.
• Clearance, refurbished, ex-demonstration, or display items.
• Items from third-party sellers (marketplaces), or classifieds.
• Items supplied through unauthorised distributors.
• Pricing errors or products significantly under the recommended retail price.
